About the project

The SheepLinks program was developed by the Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development (DPIRD) in partnership with Meat & Livestock Australia to increase the profitability and resilience of the Western Australian sheep industry.

SheepLinks involves projects designed to assist the livestock industry deal with emerging challenges including:  

  • variable seasons 
  • changing markets  
  • environmental impacts.
