The South-West WA Drought Resilience Adoption and Innovation Hub (SW WA Hub) team and interested stakeholders recently joined together to view the online Future Drought Fund (FDF) Science to Practice Forum.
Team members, SW WA Hub Consortium Partners and other interested people tuned into the three-day event from Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development (DPIRD) offices in Merredin, Perth and Bunbury.
The FDF Science to Practice Forum showcased tools and practices from right across Australia that are helping farmers and regions to prepare for future drought, and showcased exciting activities being led by the FDF and Australia’s Drought Resilience Adoption and Innovation Hubs.
About 50 sessions were featured over the three days, including plenty of content from the South-West WA agricultural region.
Online recordings of the event are expected to be made available on the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry website from about July.
